Dr Anju Agarwal MD MBBS FRANZCOG is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist who works at Bendigo Day Surgery.

Anju is a VMO at Bendigo Health and consults out of her private rooms. She believes in providing patient centered Obstetric care and is passionate about women’s health. In Gynecology she has special interest in abnormal pap smears and Colposcopy, laparoscopic surgery, Reproductive endocrinology and Infertility.

She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is also in the process of completing her Masters in Reproductive Medicine.

Anju brings with her extensive experience in all aspects of patient knowledge, compassion, efficiency and multiculturalism. In addition she has a friendly, warm and jovial personality that makes her extremely approachable.

Anju is also extensively involved in teaching medical students and trainee obstetrician and gynecologists. She believes in evidence-based medicine and keeps herself abreast with the ever changing and the new updates in her field of medicine.

Outside of work, Dr Agarwal enjoys travelling the world. She relaxes with wine and movies when she finds time. Her world however revolves around her husband and two gorgeous children.
